Please also not that provisionally registered psychologists are still undertaking training through a Masters program in Clinical psychology. Although they have studied for 4-5 years (sometimes more) prior, they do not hold the same level of expertise as general and clinically registered psychologists.

All of our psychologists and psychiatrists are registered with AHPRA and can offer a Medicare rebate under the Better Access Scheme. To be eligible for this rebate, a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP: from a GP, Psychiatrist, or Pediatrician) is required; however, you can still access psychological services at a full fee rate if you do not wish to seek a MHCP. You may be eligible for a rebate through your Private Health fund (depending on your extras cover); though this cannot be claimed simultaneously with Medicare.
