Program Overview
This four-week series begins on Saturday 5 July 2025, with 90-minute sessions held each Saturday as we explore:
Mum guilt, perfectionism and emotional overwhelm
Identity shifts and reconnecting with yourself
Navigating relationship changes and reconnection
Managing the mental load and burnout prevention
Building sustainable self-care that works
Setting healthy boundaries (with family, work, expectations)
- Using tools to build emotional resilience so that you’re the strongest version of yourself for your family
This group weaves together evidence-based therapy (ACT, CBT, Schema), mindfulness, and group reflection in a warm and non-judgemental space. You’ll leave with practical strategies and renewed emotional clarity.

Location: The Three Seas Psychology – Richmond
Fee: $560 total (rebate available)
Medicare rebate: $24.65 per session → $98.60 total
Out-of-pocket after rebate: $461.40
Deposit: 50% due on registration ($280, refundable up to 1 week prior)
Final payment: Due on Day 1 (6 July)
Please note: bubs cannot attend the group sessions, but there is a nearby childcare centre and cafe across the road.

Meet Your Facilitator
Jenny Klimovski – Senior Psychologist
Jenny is a warm and experienced psychologist with a deep interest in maternal mental health. She draws on over a decade of experience and postgraduate research in the postnatal space to help mothers feel empowered, validated and supported during one of life’s most demanding seasons.

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for new mums in the first few years of motherhood who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or simply craving time to reset, connect, and grow. It’s perfect if you’re looking for tools, support, and space to focus on you.
How old should my baby be?
Mums with babies from newborn up to 2 years are welcome. If your baby is slightly older but you still feel you’d benefit, feel free to reach out.
What will we cover in the workshop?
Each week we’ll explore a different theme including:
Navigating identity shifts and motherhood expectations
Managing overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety
Changes in relationships and intimacy
Reconnecting with your body, values, and emotional balance
Practical mindset tools (ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy), mindfulness, and breathwork
How long is the program and how many sessions?
The workshop runs for 4 weeks, for 90-minute sessions each Saturday.
Can I bring my baby?
This is a mum-only space to allow full focus on your own wellbeing, growth, and emotional reset.
What if I miss a session?
If you miss a week, you’ll still receive the handouts and materials. While live attendance is ideal, each session stands alone.

Is this a therapy group?
This is a psychoeducational workshop run by a registered psychologist with a background in perinatal mental health. There are elements of group sharing as well as developing tools and strategies to incorporate into daily life.
I’m feeling nervous about joining a group. What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing?
That’s completely okay. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right for you. While we encourage connection and discussion, there’s no pressure—this is your space, at your pace.
Do I need a referral or mental health plan?
No referral or plan is required. However in order to receive a Medicare rebate, a valid referral from your GP is required.
