Paul has a four year undergraduate degree in psychology, plus a masters degree where he researched self-esteem and its impact on vocational success. After teaching psychology at university level for 20 years, he became a consultant psychologist and worked for clients across the private and public sectors, including within the AFL. As a result of developing an interest and expertise in conflict resolution, he now practises in relationship counselling, with a focus on helping clients to identify and reduce the barriers that impede relationship success. He also helps clients deal with life and work stress. Clients find that Paul has excellent listening skills, high levels of sensitivity and empathy, and the consistent ability to develop high trust relationships. His focus in working with clients is wherever possible to help them find practical solutions suitable to their problems or concerns.
