  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Addressing unhelpful thought patterns and developing practical coping strategies.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – Encouraging psychological flexibility and mindfulness-based skills.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy – Exploring and integrating different aspects of self to enhance emotional well-being.
  • Schema Therapy – Identifying and transforming deeply rooted patterns and beliefs (schemas) developed early in life that can impact relationships, self-esteem, and emotional health.
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – Supporting emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
Above all, Barbara prioritises trust, safety, and empathy in her work, creating a space where clients can build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
