Arti Raghuvanshi is a registered psychologist and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Psychology. She has been a medalist and a rank holder in her universities. Arti has worked in multiple settings for 9 years including hospital, private practice and schools. She has had extensive experience working with a vast age group of clients presenting with various issues like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, personality difficulties. Arti also works immensely with parents and children and addressed issues like ADHD, Learning Difficulties, Aspergers, Autism, and Oppositional Defiant Behaviour. She conducts screenings for Autism and ADHD.
Her approach to therapy is eclectic and flexible which primarily depends on the clients’ needs and goals. She uses evidence-based practice like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapies and Psychotherapy. Arti strongly believes that counselling is a collaborative approach which aims for the clients to gain insight and together help achieve their goals.
