STEPHANIE NEMARIC – CBD

Stephanie has several years experience working in the private sector, addressing mental health concerns in adults and adolescents. She takes a behavioural approach to therapy to empower her clients to overcome their concerns and improve their daily functioning.

Her primary therapeutic focus consists of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy (ST) but also uses other therapeutic interventions to address client’s therapeutic needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Stephanie also believes that a strong therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is fundamental for long term success in therapy and fosters that to ensure that her clients are achieving their goals for therapy.

Stephanie conducts appointments at our CBD office, and through Telehealth. She offers Bulk Billing.
