Who is Sarah King, Psychologist at The Three Seas?
Sarah is an AHPRA-registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society, holding a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology. She has experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds across a wide range of presentations.
Sarah has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety-related disorders including OCD and panic, as well as perinatal care, chronic illness, and questions of sexuality and identity. These are areas where the right therapeutic relationship makes a significant difference, and Sarah’s priority is always to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard and free from judgement.
Her approach is warm and client-centred, focused on helping people understand themselves more clearly, navigate what they are facing, and build practical skills they can carry beyond the therapy room. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches and tailors her work to the individual, recognising that what helps one person is not necessarily what helps another.
Sarah practises from the Three Seas Psychology Richmond & Fitzroy clinics.
