Sarah (she/her) takes a client-centered approach, providing clients with a safe and non-judgmental space. Sarah believes that each client has the innate ability to lead a healthy and happy life, and that her role is to support clients with a space to be heard and learn skills which can make life a little bit easier.
Sarah is an AHPRA-registered provisional psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS), with a master’s degree in professional psychology. Sarah has experience working with clients of all ages and different backgrounds. She holds areas of interest in relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, periods of change/transition, trauma, chronic illness, as well as cognitive assessment. Sarah supports her clients through evidence-based practices, drawing from modalities including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and meditation.
