Misha (she/her) | Psychologist
Life can be challenging, and negative thoughts don’t serve anyone. Misha is dedicated to helping individuals navigate these struggles and build long-term inner peace. With master’s degrees in both communications and professional psychology, she brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to therapy.
Misha supports clients facing addictions, anxiety and panic disorders (OCD), depression (acute or persistent), bipolar disorder, eating disorders (including body dysmorphia), insomnia, personality disorders (such as borderline personality disorder and schizophrenia), trauma, and developmental conditions like Autism and ADHD in both adults and children.
She tailors her therapeutic approach to each client, ensuring a personalised journey after at least three initial sessions. Passionate about self-exploration and self-esteem, she also provides a safe space for discussions around sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and body image.
Misha offers comprehensive psychological assessments and reports to deepen understanding and guide treatment. Her goal is to empower clients, helping them recognise their inner strengths and overcome life’s challenges with confidence.
With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, Misha welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, genders, and ages. She consults from CBD, Fitzroy North, and Richmond.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading 2-3 psychology books on the go, going to the gym, watching psychological thrillers on Netflix, and spending time outdoors or with her family.
