Noirin is a registered provisional psychologist (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Noirin strongly believes in working collaboratively with clients, and aims to create meaningful dialogues that lead to insight, growth, and positive change. Importantly, her approach aims to facilitate a cooperative therapeutic relationship whereby herself and the client talk *with* each other, rather than *to* each other.
Noirin draws on a number of therapeutic modalities throughout her practice; including (but not limited to): Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness). She works with clients who present with many types of issues and concerns and believes in helping people to create a new understanding of their experiences.
Noirin currently practices from our Richmond clinic.
