Jessica is a registered psychologist with a strong human-centred focus. She is passionate about providing an authentic, warm and collaborative environment for her clients so that they feel at ease to explore themselves in deeper ways and connect with their personal values in order to lead a life that is more meaningful to them. She is enthusiastic about working practically with clients to develop their positive qualities and facilitate purposeful change by moving towards their goals.
Jessica completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has worked in private and public settings. Her past roles involved delivering individual and group therapy with people of diverse ages and backgrounds experiencing various mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, psychosis, anger, obsessions and compulsions, relationship problems and trauma.
Alongside her position at The Three Seas, she works in a hospital facilitating inpatient group therapy. Jessica’s compassionate approach encompasses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, all of which aim to facilitate insight and help develop skills to manage psychological difficulties. She is a believer in continual change and personal growth and therefore, engages in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
