Ben is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years experience working within private practice and public health. He uses a range of approaches including ACT, CBT, Mindfulness and psychotherapy, finding an approach to best fit you. He works with adolescents and adults for various issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment, self-esteem, confidence, grief, relationship issues, and chronic pain.
