As part of providing a psychological service, The Three Seas Psychology Group will need to collect and record personal information from you that is relevant to your current situation. This information will be a necessary part of the psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment that is conducted. The information is retained in order to document what happens during sessions, and enables the psychologist to provide a relevant and informed psychological service. All personal information gathered by the psychologist during the provision of the psychological service will remain confidential and secure except where:

We require a $10 booking fee for all online bookings. Upon attendance of the first appointment the charged fee of $10 will be deducted from the consultation fee.
Please note that our Client Connect Team will be in contact with you in the coming days to finalise the appointment. If we are unable to get a hold of you, we will leave a voice message to notify you of our call. The booking fee is non refundable.

The full consultation fee is payable at the time of the appointment. You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate or private health rebate. Reduced Fee or Bulk Billing appointments are not offered through the Online Booking System.

Please note that this is only a confirmation fee and it will be deducted from your appointment fee on the day of your appointment.
